Local developer scoops industry award

Middlewich house builder, Pochin Homes, has scooped a prestigious ‘Built in Quality Award’ for executive Cheshire development, The Coppice.
The Preston Brook site received the 2007 accolade from Halton Borough Council at a presentation evening at Cranage Hall, Knutsford on Friday 20 April.
The company were also nominated for the overall ‘Cheshire Built in Quality Award’ at the industry event.
“The annual awards recognise dedication to building quality, compliance with regulations and high standards of performance,” explained John Coupland, Managing Director of Pochin Homes.
Established in 2003, this is the second time the Brooks Lane based firm has obtained a ‘Built in Quality Award’ having previously collected the accolade for a development in Crewe.
“To have received two ‘Built in Quality Awards’ in the four years we have been established is a tremendous achievement,” said John.
